Return & Exchange Policy
The company promises that goods meeting the following conditions can be returned within 7 days from the date of sale (based on the customer's actual receipt date):
The product itself has quality problems.
Damage caused during transportation.
The wrong product was sent, or it does not match the order, but it does not affect resale.
The following situations are not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy:
Personalized customized products.
Used products (electronic products are considered used if they are powered on).
The product and accessories show signs of wear and tear.
The outer packaging is lost or severely damaged (affecting resale).
Products that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, and which were confirmed as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

How to apply for a return:
Returns/exchanges for personal reasons: Send an email to the after-sales center within 7 days of receipt, provided it does not affect resale. Customer service will process the request within 1-3 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returns/exchanges for quality issues: Send an email to service@mail.fuzeglow.com within 7 days of receipt. Customer service will process the request within 1-3 business days. Return shipping costs are borne by us.
Return Process: Contact the courier company directly within 7 days of receiving the item to return it. The courier company will notify us after receiving the package, and we will process the refund within 15 business days.
