Logistics Terms:

Shipping Time: Orders will be shipped in sequence after successful order placement, approximately within 3 business days; delivery is available on weekends and holidays as usual.

Delivery Time: Delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days after order completion.

Signing Instructions: Please fill in a suitable address and contact number when placing your order. Upon receipt, please check the outer packaging for damage, the quantity of goods for consistency with the order, and the completeness of the packing list. You may refuse delivery if the outer packaging is damaged.

If you cannot sign for the package in person, you may authorize someone else to sign on your behalf. The authorized person is also obligated to inspect the goods. The courier is only responsible for delivering the package to the address specified in the order; delivery is considered complete upon signature by anyone at that address.

Important Note: Orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Please ensure you fill in the correct address and phone number. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete information will be held by the delivery company for 5 days. During this period, the company will notify you by email.
